[He had been left in the outskirts of the village after they had finished with him. It had been a particularly difficult couple of weeks while they were there. They had tested his physical limits, pain endurance, capability of his powers, and seemingly just what it would take to make him cry out in pain. Exhausted was an understatement, he felt thoroughly drained and doubted their claims that it would somehow help. They had enjoyed the process it seemed to him.
Laying on the ground there he contemplated just taking a nap right here. It would be delightful to just rest now, but people would be worried, and the comparative safety and comfort of the house would be welcome. Thankfully it seemed at least he would be able to communicate, the journal was right beside him. Lifting a stiff arm he flips it on.
He starts to try and say something for a moment before coughing for a few seconds, and takes an audible breath in. He winced as he took it in, seemed like that would take a little bit of time to heal]
H-hello, I hope I haven't worried anyone too much..
[He clears his throat and puts a little more volume in it]
This is Iroh, I'm in the forest, I can't tell exactly whereabouts. Normally I would find my own way back, but I am feeling a bit under the weather. I would appreciate any assistance, and if it is not too much to ask, a good cup of tea.
[A fortnight without tea was quite barbaric as well]

Well the best moving I could do right now is probably a crawl.

[Video, filtered 100%]-->Action
[If Iroh can't do more than crawl, riding is probably out of the question. He could just throw the man over Vakri's rump like a bag of potatoes, but he likes Iroh a bit too much for that.]
I see. I'll be in the area momentarily.
[He shuts the journal, tucking it away into a spatial pocket just in case he ends up in the wrong part of the woods. Then works a bit of magic to make the space he occupies and the area of the woods he thinks Iroh must be in equivalent. After that, all he has to do is step across.
In the woods, he doesn't immediately spot Iroh, but also didn't expect to.]
Iroh, can you hear me?

Loki...?
From:
Action
[A moment later, Loki emerges from the trees.]
Ah, not far off at all.
[He offers Iroh his hand. He'll see how much help the man needs to get back on his feet. He's not going to insult him with coddling.]

Re: Action
Don't hurt yourself.
[He drops to one knee next to Iroh, then begins to help him sit with perhaps a surprising amount of care.]
Whatever did they do to you?
From:
Action
Well, it seems like they were testing the limits of my power, and of my body. How much pain I could tolerate, what made me able to fire bend.
[The exact details he won't elaborate on right now. The memory was still a bit raw in his mind]

Re: Action
Do you wish to go to your house or the clinic?
[Unless there's a lot of blood involved, he still has a difficult time telling how badly off mortals are. They're all just so pathetically fragile.]
From:
Action
[He'll live, but better to go three days without food than one without tea, and he'd gone two weeks. It was awful]

Re: Action
If you wanted delivery, you ought to have asked.
To my house then, I suppose.
[He takes a firmer hold on Iroh.]
Don't resist me. [And then we'll be teleporting...]
From:
Action
[He raises an eyebrow at the statement]
Don't resist you?
From:
Action
Don't resist the magic.
[And with that, he weaves together another teleportation spell with a small movement of his fingers, and pulls Iroh across the suddenly discontinuous space. Into Loki's living room, to be precise.]

Re: Action
How incredible. That certainly must make travel easier.
From:
Re: Action
It does. Though it requires a great deal of energy...which is in short supply here.

Re: Action
Ah, I can't say I am familiar with the ways of magic.

What sort of tea would you like?
From:

[He took a breath in, and looks contemplative]
I wonder what sort of knowledge they gained from me.

Re: Action
[He goes into the kitchen to get the water started, then comes back out to continue speaking.]
More than you would like. Not enough as they would want, I should think. Do you recall what they were trying to find out?
From:
Action
[He closes his eyes a moment and thinks back]
From what I can recall it seems they were testing my limits, first with the powers, then physical stamina, following up into pain tolerance and endurance.

[He coughs.]
Somehow I think it was more for their own twisted amusement.
From:
Re: Action
[He disappears into the kitchen and then returns a moment later with a tea tray which contains the cups, the pot, and a little plate of sandwiches that Rogue left for him. He has little doubt Iroh needs them more, and will probably appreciate them more besides. Rogue does make lovely food...if you like that sort of thing.]
This entire place is framed around our ultimate helplessness. I loathe it. [He sets the tray down on the coffee table in front of Iroh and proceeds to pour him a cup, then offer it.] The one time they took me, I ended my pleasant stay with my mouth sewed shut because I did not feel like telling them what they wished to know.
From:
Action
Not for their benefit, but for everyone else here. Finding a way to bring people back to their own worlds purposefully.
[He takes the cup gingerly fingers tracing around it and he brings it up to himself with more effort than he was accustomed and sips quietly]
They are barbaric individuals, this has been shown many times.
From:
Re: Action
[He keeps an eye on Iroh, ready to support the man's hand if he seems about to drop the cup.]
From:
Re: Action
That is certainly a possibility. It is difficult to get a read on them at all, other than their believed superiority.
[He scoffs a bit at that and it turns to a cough]
