[See Iroh. See Iroh who is looking a little startled and gazing strangely at his pai sho board]
Is being pranked part of this Christ-muss I hear of? There was a bucket of water which I narrowly avoided, when I left to go to the tea shop this morning. When I returned back I found that my pai sho board was set up, but none of the pieces can move.
[This is kind of messing with him a bit, he didn't know what to think of it. His expression changes as he remembers something he wished to start]
Oh, and on the topic of Pai-Sho, I would like to see who can actually play the game, and who would like to potentially learn. I hope to set up a sort of tutorial, trial day to learn the game. It is a most fascinating game, very popular in my world, played by people from all walks of life. Once I have a good figuring of how many people would like to try it out, I will let everyone know the place and time.

[Interesting. His own kind had no real concept of entertainment so he couldn't imagine any of them creating a game of any kind, nor himself.
Of course, that didn't mean he wasn't open to learning.]
It does not sound quite like the other games I have heard of. A game of 'harmonies' and 'control'... it almost sounds like a form of meditation.

While all the tiles may feature in the game, it can be done before all the tiles are used or after. I would also mention that there are multiples of each of the tiles. The Red and White flowers being the most common.

[Not being involved in human conflict and detesting warfare in general means he puts little thought into that kind of thing after all.]
Yet, I may be interested in trying this game of yours. I am always looking to learn new things and a game that requires that amount of focus will be healthy for a being such as myself.
That is... when you are able to play again. I have not heard of pranks being a part of 'Christmas', though I am no expert on the holiday.

I presume there are rules on how the tiles are played?

[He scratches his head a bit]
Hmmmmmm. Well, there are a couple of more portable ones available, though the nicer one I have is currently stuck.
Christmuss seems a bit strange to me, but different worlds, different customs.

[Otherwise they might be there for a while if Eley seriously wants to try and take this up...]
There are many human customs I am learning about since arriving here. Many are strange, but some are also quite enjoyable. I never knew there were so many different worlds and people outside my own.
Hm, but if you are willing to teach this Pai-sho then I willing to try it. Please let me know when you are available.

[He had a preference for such games]
I take it you are a spirit? Allow me to introduce myself then.
My name is Iroh, it is an honour to meet you.

The pieces won't move? Hahaha! That's genius! Absolutely brilliant! [He slams a hand down on the table, still chuckling to himself. Then he mellows into a more casual stance.]
Anyway, I know how to play. Just so you know, it's been a couple years, so I might be a little rusty. [This is just his brilliant excuse for why he sucks at playing Pai-Sho.]

Ah, yes. A very interesting prank indeed.
[He is just going to blink a second there, and give a bit of a look]
I have not seen you around here before, I am guessing by your clothes that you are water tribe?
[It wasn't that much of a stretch really]

Southern water tribe, to be exact! [He throws his head back for a second, but with his hair lacking its usual springyness, he can't get that lock by his forehead to bounce quite the way he wants it to. Ah well.] Name's Varrick, hey, how ya doin'?

[Written] That would have been one heck of a mood change.
The center of the board can rotate? Do you mind showing me what the board looks like?

I would be amenable to learning.

Totally never said this was [Video] oops :'D
Eley offered a nod in return.]
I am Eleytheria, a Wind Spirit. It is good to meet someone with some manners towards my kind, so I should thank you.
